A fourth phrase begins in measures 26 with a faster harmonic rhythm like in the second phrase. A V - I progression - now in Db minor - is repeated in measures 28 (B minor) and measure 29 (A minor). A cycle of fifths brings us back to Bb minor in measures 30 to 32:
