Third phrase

The third phrase starts in measure 18. The first four measures are a repetition of measures 2 to 5 of the first phrase. Chopin moves to Db major in measure 22 using a VII and a V degree chords:

Fourth phrase

A fourth phrase begins in measures 26 with a faster harmonic rhythm like in the second phrase. A V - I progression - now in Db minor - is repeated in measures 28 (B minor) and measure 29 (A minor). A cycle of fifths brings us back to Bb minor in measures 30 to 32:

Another measure using the second degree leads to the coda.
